Pampa Camarones welcomed Mr. Rodrigo Ramírez Zamora as General Manager of Pampa Camarones SpA. The executive took office on October 1, 2024, replacing Mr. Robert Mayne-Nicholls.

Mr. Ramírez is a civil mining engineer from the University of Chile and has extensive experience, with more than 30 years in the mining industry. He previously held key leadership roles in companies such as Australgold, Antofagasta Minerals, and Minera Meridan, among others.

Pampa Camarones took the opportunity to thank the outgoing general manager, Mr. Robert Mayne-Nichols, for his work in the growth and development of the company. During his administration, the environmental permit for Pampa Camarones operations was extended until 2030, he led the company’s incorporation into ScaleX and improved the mixed minerals process, among other achievements.
