Pampa Camarones SpA (“Pampa Camarones” or the “Company”) (CAMARONEX:SGO) is pleased to announce that it has engaged a leading Canadian financial advisory firm to support the sale process of its 100%-owned Ciclón Exploradora project, a feasibility stage polymetallic asset in Chile.
The initiation of the sale process marks another key milestone in the Company’s ongoing efforts to unlock value from the Ciclón Exploradora project and follows the Company’s January announcement indicating its intention to explore strategic alternatives for this asset.
The financial advisor will assist Pampa Camarones in identifying and evaluating potential acquirers best positioned to advance the project into the development phase. The Company remains committed to maximizing shareholder value as well as all stakeholders.
About the Ciclón Exploradora Project
The Ciclón Exploradora project is a high-grade polymetallic deposit located in the Antofagasta region of Chile. It is recognized as one of the country’s largest polymetallic projects, with over 10 million tonnes of NI 43-101 compliant resources containing copper, silver, zinc, lead, and gold. A 2024 exploration campaign identified significant additional resource potential along with several new targets that highlight opportunities for future growth.
