Pampa Camarones announces that, regarding the non-binding offer received on August 6, 2024, for the acquisition of its Ciclón-Exploradora project, the negotiations have not been successful, and the parties have agreed to terminate the process.

The company also informs that the exclusivity period granted in connection with the referenced offer has expired.

In light of this, the company’s Board of Directors has decided to resume the previously defined strategy to conduct a competitive sale and/or partnership process for the Ciclón-Exploradora project.

This process, expected to begin in the coming months, will include invitations to both domestic and international groups, and will be supported by international advisors specialized in such transactions.
